Mamak MDCT Style...yeahhhh...;D

Woooaahhhh...it has been quite a while since i lepak with my family and relatives and had a blast with almost everyone...semalam kitorang semua pergi wedding Nani (majlis yang di handle belah pengantin lelaki pulak) di Wisma Sejarah (opposite IJN and squeezed between Pusrawi and Perpustakaan Negara)...it was a short and sweet reception, considering that our side is where most of the family budget has been poured in...so semalam basically is just jemputan datang, pengantin masuk, persembahan kompang and tarian by some high school boys, makan dan makan beradab, upacara memotong pulut kuning and THAT'S IT...memang simple and by 9.30pm Alhamdulillah selamat semuanya...considering the fact that the night is still very young, me and the rest of the family decided to end the night chilling with one another in NZ Jalan Ampang (for starters, rupanya there are two Mamak joint with the name of NZ nowadays, and the one in Jalan Ampang ni mmg baru first time aku pergi semalam)...quite a flashy setting for a Mamak i must say...I mean, it's a bit irregular for me to hang out at a Mamak that is  stylishly urbanised in furnishing, clean and deodorised washrooms, promotional offers projected on numerous flat screens 'scattered' everywhere, modernised chandeliers deeming the whole mood of the place and to top it all off, it's face to face with our well-known twin tower landmark, the KLCC...so jakun lah kami yang tak pernah sampai ni...apparently tempat tu takde lah baru sgt, my nephews alkisahnyer dah lepak situ byk kali...hahahahaha, that sure dates me coz it shows that i couldn't care less about hot spots that much nowadays :P...anyway, eventhough we only ordered drinks je, but still the atmosphere of piling everybody together is definitely the sweetest part about last night...we had a good laugh, we bitch about almost everybody (including some of the 'diva'esque staff yang berlagak tak bertempat dgn kitorang semalam), and not to mention my elder cousins macam boleh berlawak dgn kitorang semalam, which is a sight yang kitorang dah lama tak enjoy for the last couple of years!!!...even my dad showed up and unwind with everybody...talking about being at ease with the company of one another and spending some quality time that definitely strengthen the bond amongst ourselves as one BIG family...we end it all off with an impromptu family portrait in front of NZ with KLCC as our background...now that is a FIRST for us definitely, mana pernah kitorang amik gambar depan KLCC, nampak sgt all this while we took for granted je KLCC tu, little that we know that bila di tgk betol2, KLCC tu amatlah cantik sebenarnyer, especially waktu malam...lepas snap gambar, masing2 bersalam peluk cium bagai, and headed back with our separate destinations to call it a night...haaaaaaahhhh...I did mentioned yang weddings is in the air for my family kan?...well..kira gathering lah jugak tu kan...as for my sweet family, until the next event...;D
